1、聚乳酸产业化
突破了聚乳酸产业化过程中的系列关键科学与技术问题,取得了多项创新性成果。建成了1.5万吨/年聚乳酸生产线并实现满产运行,产品指标全面达到国际主流水平,其中旋光纯度和熔点更高,耐热和耐老化性能更优。开发了30余个牌号的聚乳酸专用树脂,覆盖了挤片、注塑、吹膜、纺丝和3D打印等领域。作为第一起草单位主持制定了聚乳酸国家标准(GB/T 29284-2012)。
2、己内酯的合成与产业化
ε-己内酯作为一种重要的可降解塑料的原料,具有良好的生物相容性、无毒性、可生物降解性和良好的环保性能,在聚氨酯、一次性包装材料、可降解农膜及生物医学工程等领域得到广泛应用。由于没有核心技术,目前国内没有生产厂家,技术由国外垄断。目前国内单体需求在十万吨左右。课题组依托资助技术,建设了年产1000吨己内酯生产装置并实现稳定运行,获得工艺包,技术水平达到国际先进。为建设万吨级生产线打下了良好基础。
3、聚酰亚胺产品及其生产技术
开发出适于柔性显示基板用的PAA浆料,完成小试,目前进行中试到产业化阶段。针对高稳定低粘度聚酰胺酸(PAA)浆料的技术需求,开展PAA的结构研究与调控以及生产工艺的技术攻关,解决了PAA浆料稳定性低和粘度高的问题,获得热膨胀系数<10 ppm/℃、耐热使用温度 > 450℃、耐弯折性>10000次的柔性显示基板用PI薄膜,达到国际同类产品水平,可实现进口替代。
