1、新冠肺炎核酸检测试剂及便携式装置的研发
本课题组联合李冰凌研究员课题组借助前瞻性技术“核酸分子线路”的序列特异性和放大性能,在原理上有效克服现有核酸扩增方法在新冠病毒肺炎检测方面的一系列内在缺陷,如假象误诊频发、特异性低、信号选择性少和器件便携化难等,共同研发了可满足实际检测需求的新冠病毒核酸荧光检测试剂及相应便携式装置,为医疗、防疫部门提供更加准确、可靠、便携的常规检测试剂。本项目可加强基层单位乃至个人家庭的自我排查能力,全面缓解医疗和防疫部门的诊断压力。
