　　报告摘要：The components of tissue engineering are cells, extracellular matrices (scaffolds), and growth factors. The growth factors have been not only mixed with scaffolds but also efficiently combined with the scaffolds for the tissues to be organized. The immobilized growth factor had the significant effect which is different from soluble one. Here the hard tissue engineering using bone morphogenetic protein as a growth factor will be focused, and the design and synthesis of growth factors will be discussed.
